The Contact Company provides high quality services to a continually growing client portfolio, partnering many well known blue chip companies such as Play.com, Jewellery Channel and Liverpool FC. Its mission is to add value in improving the business of their clients, exceeding their business expectations by improving customer services offerings, profitability and to better understand client customers through a partnership approach. The Contact Company started in 2006 with 15 staff and one large table and, as of October last year, it no employs around 1,000 staff on register. Of those employees 75% are from Wirral, 20% Liverpool and 5% Ellesmere Port. It now includes a growing number of large national companies in its client base including River Island, Superdrug, Argos and the BBC. Its growth is reflected in its Kingsgate development at Twelve Quays in Birkenhead which will enable even greater expansion and employment.
